ICGS Pvt. Ltd., established on 10th June 1997 as a joint venture between ITECO Nepal and CEMAT Consultants, is a multidisciplinary consulting firm based in Minbhawan, Kathmandu, specializing in geological, geotechnical, and engineering services. Governed by a five-member Board of Directors and led by Prof. Dr. Vishnu Dangol as Managing Director, the company has earned a strong reputation for precise, reliable, and cost-effective solutions in Nepal’s complex geological setting. With more than two decades of experience, ICGS has supported critical infrastructure projects in transportation (bridges, tunnels, and roads), hydropower, and slope stabilization. Its strength lies in a dedicated team of local professionals-geologists, engineering geologists, mining, civil, and geotechnical engineers, supplemented by senior consultants in structural, civil, geotechnical, and geophysical disciplines. Backed by strong governance, technical excellence, innovation, and seamless coordination between field teams, laboratories, and project managers, ICGS consistently delivers accurate, timely, and internationally benchmarked solutions for projects ranging from small-scale site studies to large, complex infrastructure developments.
